Barber was victorious in her subsequent fight with Miranda Maverick at UFC on ESPN: Sandhagen vs. Dillashaw through a split decision. Barber beat Montana De La Rosa at UFC Fight Night 205 in April 2022 by unanimous vote. Barber was then promoted to Casey O'Neill at the UFC 276 fight on July 2nd 2022 and was up against Jessica Eye. The match was also decided with a unanimous decision. Barber's contract was terminated by UFC after the fight, however, Barber signed a new contract in subsequent times. Barber lost to Andrea Lee via a unanimous decision on the 25th of March 2023 at UFC Fight Night Vera Vs. Sandhagen.
