Whitney Houston and Dana Bash

Whitney Elizabeth Houston was born to a musical family on August 9th, 1963. She was born in Newark New Jersey the daughter of gospel singer Cissy Houston (nee Emily Lee Drinkard) and John Russell Houston Jr. and cousin of singer Dionne Warwick. Whitney's mother and her began to sing professionally together in the church of New Hope Baptist in Newark when Whitney was only fifteen years old. The two sang backing vocals in Chaka Khan's track from 1978 Im Every Woman. In the year 1981, she worked as a fashion model and appeared on the Seventeen album cover. She also provided back vocals for Lou Rawls and Jermaine. In 1981, she began to work as a vocalist in the New York funk group Material. It was her excellent vocals of this group that attracted the attention of record labels including Arista. The first Whitney Houston album was released in the year 1985. It was one of the most successful album by a musician. Singles such as The Most Beautiful Love of All, How Do I Know if You Give Good Love or the song Saving All My Love were all released from the album. They helped Houston to achieve the seven US top tens which were higher than even those of the Beatles. Album sold in US 3,000,000 copies and then increased to 25 million globally. The album earned her the first in her six Grammy Awards. The Whitney album from 1987, featuring the tracks that I Wanna Dance With Somebody and Where Do Broken Hearts Get to, continued her success. It was The Bodyguard of 1992 that made her one of the most successful performers in the history of music. While the film wasn't very well received, nor did her performance, the soundtrack to the film's Dolly Parton version I Will Always Love You was able to reach the top spot on both singles and albums charts across the US for a period of time. The album sold over 44 million copies. Also in 1993 that she was married to Bobby Brown, an ex-New Edition artist and father of her only child Bobbi Kristina Brown. Around this time her use of drugs was documented, and she began using daily by 1996.

Dana Bash (also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz) is a CNN anchorwoman and reporter for the political section of CNN. In the past, she has produced shows for CNN, including Evans & Novak' Late Editionand Inside Politics'. Her awards and accolades include being named to the Women in Washington Power List" by Elle magazine. Known to possess incredible anchoring/reporting skills she is admired by many young journalists in the field. Additionally, she is a loving mother of her son, despite having graduated of George Washington University. She has got married twice. She's currently unmarried. Bash loves her supporters and her fans with all her heart. She is an American journalist stays her fans up to date with her life by using social media websites like Instagram and Twitter.
