Winona-Ryder
Winona Laura Horowitz, professionally referred to as Winona Ryder was born in Winona Minnesota. Her name was chosen by her parents for the town in which she grew up. Michel Horowitz is her father, while Cynthia Palmer is her mother. Ryder's mother and father are both Jewish. Ryder believes herself to being Jewish. The actress has a younger brother Uria and two half-siblings Jubal and Sunyata. At the age of seven, Ryder was just seven years old, her family moved to Mendocino County California. Here, they did not have electricity. Ryder began to be a committed reading book because there was no TV. Ryder began taking acting lessons at the American Conservatory Theatre in 1983, when she was twelve years old. Lucas the film, which was released in 1986 which was her first big character. Ryder was only fifteen when she landed the role. Ryder endured bullying while in high school. Ryder believed that if she became an actor, her behavior was going to be corrected. However, it didn't come be. She continued to pursue her ambitions. Her biggest break was in 1988 when she appeared in Tim Burton's Beetlejuice. Ryder continued to play successful roles in many movies. Ryder was nominated twice for Academy Awards one for her part in The Age of Innocence (1993).
